The Xerox Versant 80 is a high-performance digital color press built for commercial print shops and in-plant production environments. Capable of producing up to 80 pages per minute for A4 / 8.5″×11″ paper (reduced speed for heavier media), it delivers an ultra-high resolution of 2400×2400 dpi with advanced rendering (e.g. 1200×1200×10-bit RIP) and features like automated color calibration for consistent, offset-quality output. It supports a wide range of media weights (52–350 gsm) and sizes (up to 13″×19.2″ / 330×488 mm), and offers high paper capacity—standard trays plus large optional feeders can expand total input to nearly 10,000 sheets. Built-in automation tools such as Simple Image Quality Adjustment (SIQA), closed-loop process controls, and modular finishing/feeding options help reduce setup time and improve reliability. With a monthly duty cycle of around 460,000 pages and a recommended monthly volume up to 80,000 pages, it balances high throughput, media versatility, and premium print quality.
