The Heaford Viper 225 Plate Mounter is a robust flexo prepress machine used for accurately mounting flexographic printing plates onto sleeves or cylinders, especially suited for medium-to-wide web flexible packaging jobs. With a working width of about 1,300 mm, the machine includes a proofer drum and eight cameras for alignment checks, making it capable of handling complex multi-colour plate set-ups.
