The RSPro-1400 is a large-format industrial stereolithography (SLA) 3D printer designed for high-volume, high-precision production of large parts. With a build envelope of 1400 × 700 × 500 mm (X × Y × Z), it enables the fabrication of sizable components in one piece, which is especially valuable in sectors like automotive, appliance panels, architecture, investment casting, and industrial prototyping. The machine is built on a solid frame, incorporating granite base plates and a fixed resin vat, ensuring both mechanical stability and consistent print outcomes. Its dual‐laser scanning system (solid-state, frequency-tripled Nd:YVO₄) and dual scanning optics allow simultaneous work across large areas, improving throughput without sacrificing finish. The laser operates at ~355 nm wavelength, with variable beam size (≈ 0.12 to 0.85 mm) to balance detail and speed.
