Alpha Cooling Tower Model APC 300 RT Specifications

The Alpha APC-300RT is a high-capacity counter-flow industrial cooling tower (round type) designed for medium to large industrial operations. It is engineered to dissipate heat from hot water streams efficiently, using evaporation as the primary cooling mechanism. With a cooling capacity of 1,170,000 Kcal/hr, it handles a large water flow rate—about 3,900 litres per minute—allowing substantial volumes of water to be cooled per cycle. Physically, the unit measures approximately 3,085 mm in height and 4,680 mm in diameter, making it a sizeable installation. The fan system is powered by a 10 HP motor, driving a large 2,400 mm-diameter fan blade, capable of moving about 2,200 cubic metres of air per minute, which helps maintain efficient heat exchange when the water droplets are sprayed over the fill media and air is drawn upwards.
