A Walk-In Cooler / Freezer is a large, temperature-controlled storage room designed to safely preserve perishable goods over longer periods by keeping them at specified cool or freezing temperatures. These structures are used in restaurants, supermarkets, food processing units, cold storage facilities, pharmaceutical stores, and any place where bulk storage of fresh or frozen goods is required. They offer much more space and capacity than ordinary refrigeration units, allowing workers to walk into the chamber to load, organize, retrieve, or inspect stored items. Insulation & Panel Construction: The walls, ceiling, and floor are built using thick panels (often polyurethane or polyurethane/polyisocyanurate foam) with high density (around 40-42 kg/m³) for excellent thermal insulation. Panels are generally modular, tongue-and-groove or cam-lock joined, which helps in sealing and makes assembly / disassembly easier.
