The RB-B Hot Water Boiler is a heavy-duty horizontal, fuel-fired boiler designed to deliver stable and high-volume hot water output in industrial and commercial settings. Manufactured by Fulton, it features a wet-back, three-pass reverse flame construction which ensures efficient heat transfer, improved furnace volume, and lower gas/flue outlet temperatures. The design includes a large heating surface and furnace surface area to maximize radiation and convection. It complies with international pressure vessel standards such as BS 2790 and ASME, and is built to operate at multiple working pressures (1.0, 1.25, 1.6, 2.5 MPa). Fuel flexibility is also a key feature — it can run on natural gas, diesel (light or heavy), town gas, or in some versions dual fuel. Models in the RB-B range are sized from about 0.7 MW up to 3.5 MW output, capable of producing roughly 20 to 100 tons/hour of hot water depending on model.
