The AGB800-AM Acoustic Glass Break Detector is a high-security intrusion sensor designed to detect the sound of breaking glass, providing effective protection for windows, doors, and glazed walls. Certified to EN50131-2-7-1 Grade 3, it meets stringent security standards, making it suitable for commercial buildings, banks, and government facilities. The device features anti-mask technology to detect tampering attempts and Digital Room Compensation (DRC) to adapt to room acoustics, minimizing false alarms from background noise. With a detection range of up to 9 meters and a 165° coverage angle, it can monitor multiple windows within a room. Flexible mounting options allow installation on ceilings or opposite walls, while its wide operating voltage range of 7–30 VDC ensures easy integration with various security systems. Designed for indoor use, it operates effectively between –25 °C and +40 °C and includes an alarm memory function to record events.
