The Polydac Rope Vertical Lifeline Assembly is a critical component of personal fall arrest systems, designed to provide a strong, durable, and flexible connection between an anchor point and a worker at height. Made from a high-strength blend of polyester over polypropylene fibers (Polydacron), this rope resists abrasion, UV light, chemicals, and moisture, making it ideal for rugged industrial, construction, and tower-climbing environments.

Rope Material: Polydacron (Polyester over Polypropylene blend) for maximum durability. Low stretch for better fall control and reduced risk of elongation during a fall event.
Rope Diameter: Typically 5/8 inch (15–16 mm), the standard size for lifeline systems.
Rope Strength: Minimum tensile strength around 8,600–10,000 lbs (~38–44 kN).
Assembly Components: Pre-installed snap hook or locking carabiner on one or both ends.
