Removable Steel Pick: Utilizing the innovative ClickLock Dial, the steel pick can be attached for added safety on steep, icy terrain and removed when not needed. ​
Adjustable Length: The pole features a three-section aluminum shaft with FlickLock® Pro adjustability, allowing for a usable length range of 100–140 cm. The redesigned FlickLock Pro is lighter, stronger, and easier to use, thanks to its forged aluminum construction. ​
Compact and Lightweight: When collapsed, the pole measures 64 cm (25.2 in) and weighs approximately 452 g (15.9 oz) with the pick attached, making it easy to stow in a backpack. ​
Grip and Basket: Equipped with a grip insert for ski mode and an indexed ¾ powder basket, the pole ensures a secure hold and effective performance in various snow conditions. ​
Sold Individually: Each Whippet pole is sold as a single unit, allowing users to pair it with a standard ski pole or use two Whippets as needed.
