Roller Conveyor Horizontal Labelling Machine System Suppliers

In this system, products are fed along a roller conveyor set up in a horizontal orientation. Because the items rest on their sides or are gently held by the rollers, they move steadily under a labelling head. The labeller applies self-adhesive labels (full wrap, partial wrap, or single side) as the item rotates or as the label head moves or wraps around. Sensors (for both product presence and label gap) synchronize label feed, label placement, and product motion. The machine is often controlled via PLC or HMI (touchscreen interface), and can include automatic detection & error stop when a product or label is missing. It may have an optional product feeder (hopper or star wheel) and coder/printer for printing batch / date / barcode on the label.
