The RexCon Mobile 5 CM is a portable central-mix concrete batching plant designed for remote or frequently moving job sites that require reliable concrete production without the infrastructure of a full stationary plant. With a 5 cubic yard (≈ 3.8 m³) cement batcher and a tilt mixer option, the Mobile 5 CM provides central mix capability that ensures consistency and quality required by modern DOTs and road building projects. It features a 225-barrel cement storage silo (≈ 42 tons / 38 metric tons) feeding a gravity surge hopper that is continuously replenished by two recirculating screw conveyors; this arrangement keeps two batches of cement ready to go at all times. Its aggregate storage includes a low-profile 3-compartment bin with about 16 cubic yards (≈ 25 tons / 23 metric tons) capacity, facilitating coarse and fine aggregate separation.
