A FlexXtract 16×5 2-Deck Vibrating Screener Deck is a two-deck vibrating screen module, dimensioned roughly 16 feet long × 5 feet wide, used in screening operations for separating bulk materials (gravel, crushed stone, sand, demolition waste, etc.) into different size fractions. The vibrating action shakes or jolts the material so that finer particles fall through upper and lower decks, while larger ones are discharged off end/side. This gives operators the ability to sort material in two or more fractions, reduce waste, or pre-class material for further processing.
