Eibenstock 8" Soft Percussion Dry Diamond Core Drill ESD 162

The Eibenstock ESD 162 is a premium dry-diamond core drill with a “soft percussion” (or soft impact) mode, designed especially for drilling through very hard materials—reinforced concrete, dense masonry, stone—without using water. Its Impact Hybrid Technology (IHT) delivers high-frequency impact pulses, improving progress in tough materials, yet can be switched off for cleaner, more precise drilling in softer masonry or blockwork. It’s well suited for use in environments where wet drilling is not feasible (e.g. interior work, electrical rooms, hospitals, finished surfaces). The drill can be used handheld or mounted (on a rig / stand) for larger diameter cores or to reduce operator fatigue, and includes features for controlling dust and protecting both the tool and the user.
