The EHB30 Hydraulic Breaker by Everdigm is a heavy-duty hydraulic hammer built for demanding demolition, quarrying, tunneling, and construction applications. It is designed to be mounted on excavators in the 26-35 tonne class, delivering robust impact energy while providing operator comfort, durability, and lower maintenance. Weighing approximately 2,477 kg, it features a tool shank diameter of 150 mm, enabling it to accept large chisels suited for breaking concrete, rock, or other hard materials. The breaker supports a dual-speed mode of operation—low speed for maximum impact energy and high speed for faster break rate, allowing adaptation to different material hardness and job site requirements. Hydraulic flow requirements are in the range of 170-240 liters per minute, at operating pressures between 165-185 bar, giving it substantial power. With a low-speed mode delivering about 6,100 joules per blow (at 310-490 blows per minute), and a high-speed mode delivering 4,200 joules (at 400-680 bpm), the EHB30 offers flexibility between force and speed.
