DynaBolter V3.0 Roof Bolter For Mining Operations

The DynaBolter V3.0 is a semi-automated underground roof-bolting rig designed for safe and efficient installation of bolts in high-back tunnels. It features a 270° swinging boom capable of reaching forward up to 6.25 meters and installing bolts up to 2.44 meters in length, accommodating roof heights up to approximately 8 meters. Powered by an 85 HP diesel engine with full-time 4WD and power-shift transmission, the rig offers excellent mobility in confined spaces. The operator sits in a protected cabin equipped with dual joystick controls, an LCD display, and safety features such as ROPS/FOPS canopy and alarms. The V3.0 supports both hydraulic rotary and percussion drilling and can handle shell or epoxy bolts, with options for an automated epoxy injection system and a six-bolt carousel for higher productivity.
