Dunlop BTL Sprocket Wheel Tensioners for Industrial Drives

The Dunlop BTL N 1/2″ SE15/18 tensioner is a precision sprocket designed for chain-drive tensioning systems using a Type N idler wheel mounted on SE15 or SE18 tension arms. Its 1/2″ (ISO-08B) chain pitch matches common duplex chains, and the sprocket features 15 teeth for smooth engagement. The wheel is fitted with self-lubricating, shielded deep-groove ball bearings (type 2Z) for reduced friction and extended service life. Made from high-quality steel, the sprocket is built for durability under industrial conditions and hostile operating temperatures (–40 °C to +80 °C). It mounts with an M10 central bolt, providing reliable fixation to the tension arm. According to the Dunlop BTL specification sheets, the SE tensioner units allow a pre-tensioning angle up to ±30°, enabling fine tension adjustment.
