The AirROC D40 is a semi-hydraulic surface drill rig designed for efficient drilling in mining, quarrying, and construction applications. It is optimized for down-the-hole (DTH) drilling, handling hole diameters from 102 mm to 127 mm and depths up to 29.4 meters. Powered by a 38 kW diesel engine, the rig operates all key functions—including tramming, boom movement, rotation, and feed—via a robust hydraulic system. Compact and mobile, it measures 6.2 meters in length, 2.35 meters in height, and 2.2 meters in width, with a total weight of around 6,100 kg.
